A user portfolio temporary allocation is a process that allows to temporarily transfer collection agent portfolio to another collection agent. This may be necessary in situations where the original collection agent is going on vacation or is unable to work due to illness.

• Go to reallocate menu on the to p of screen
• Choose group to allocate from
• Choose agent to allocate from
• Enter allocatable debtor count
• Choose group to allocate to
• Choose agent(s) to allocate to
• Enter allocatable debtor count
• Choose date when allocation starts
• Choose date when allocation ends
• Click allocate

At the selected date agent portfolio will be allocated to selected agents, and will be counted as their portfolio in statistics for this period
