User Portfolio limitation

User portfolio limits refer to the maximum number of debtors that can be assigned to a collector agent's portfolio. These limits may be put in place for a variety of reasons, such as to ensure that collectors have a manageable workload or to ensure that they have enough time to effectively work with each debtor.

To set limit for a user, follow these steps:
  • Identify the user you wish to limit and gather all necessary information about their debtor portfolio.
  • Allocate the user's debtor portfolio over desired limit to another collection agent(s). This can be done through your debtors's allocation tool or by manually transferring the debtors to another agent one by one.
  • Once the debtor portfolio has been successfully transferred, you can proceed with limiting debtor count.

  • Go to System settings
