Sending Email messages to debtors can be done either automatically or manually. There are several predefined Email templates available depending on your letter provider. Whether you choose to use a predefined template or create a custom one, Letter sending effective way to communicate with your debtors and keep them informed about their obligations.

• Open debtor card
• Click "+" sign in right bottom part of screen
• Choose Letter
• Select template
• Select agreement number
• Enter or change (if necessary) email
• Press SEND
